Art on My Wall: Is It Just for the Perfect Interior, or Is There More?

Recently, two of my posts were about how much the mood of my home has changed since I added art to the walls. I shared my feelings based on my own experience, and it made me think: Is it because I’m so attached to them, or is there more? Here's what I found when I delved into this topic on the Internet:

Studies conducted by the University of Westminster and the University of California have shown that having art in the home can have profound psychological effects.

  • These effects include reduced stress levels, increased feelings of relaxation and happiness, and improved overall well-being.

  • Art has the power to evoke emotions, stimulate creativity, and serve as a form of self-expression.

  • It can also act as a source of inspiration and motivation, encouraging personal growth and introspection.

  • Additionally, surrounding oneself with art can enhance the aesthetic appeal of living spaces, creating a more visually stimulating environment.

Overall, the presence of art in the home has been found to contribute positively to mental health and emotional fulfillment.

On top of that, if this art is a unique piece with a special effect, you own something special that nobody else has on the earth – it's a pretty cool thing, right?
